FDS AND RENEWAL NOTICE OBLIGATIONS REMINDER

We have come a long way since compliance with the Future of Financial Advice reform became mandatory from 1 July 2013, particularly for Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS) and Renewal Notice obligations.

After almost a year of uncertainty the dust around the operation of these provisions has finally settled, and we can now say with confidence that they are here to stay.
