TECH UPDATE

AGE PENSION AND AGED CARE FACTS

On 20 March 2017 the Age Pension was increased – affecting the following:

  • The upper thresholds applicable to both the assets and income test.
  • The Aged Care basic daily fee.
  • The Aged Care thresholds for calculation of the Means Tested Care Fee.
