INVESTOR AND ADVISER DECISION MAKING
Why do investors often make irrational decisions? And what can behavioural finance teach us? The key take-aways from this presentation will be:
- How do people think and resolve questions? An interactive set of puzzles and questions will be provided, with attendee’s responses recorded.
- What do the results of these responses teach us about how we think and reach conclusions?
- Behavioural finance teaches us that markets are inefficient because people by nature are not rational.
- Opportunities exist to take advantage of the miss-pricing of assets.
